The Northwest Hills Council of Governments (NWCOG) sponsors a Household Hazardous Waste Collection day each fall that Regional Refuse Disposal District # 1 participates it. The event is held off-site from RRDD1 and a ticket for the event is required with prior registration. The ticket is free as there is not expense to the resident. The cost of the annual Household Hazardous Waste event is paid for by the District. As we pay a per car fee, we ask that you partner up with your neighbors when bringing HHW material to the event.
